Sometimes we get swept into the void when processing our shadows. I wanted to share some highlighted moments that have kept me from getting swept away.

Shadowwork isn't always so dark and if we can find these highlighted moments while in the processing stage of shadowwork we will truly see how magical and amazing life can be.
