Welcome, Monkeyminders!

In this episode, Jomo brings you three more delightful meditations to help you feel calm, kind, and cosy.

๐ŸŽˆ Then we gently float into Lanterns of Love, a sleepy visualisation where we send glowing lanterns filled with kindness into the night sky. A perfect wind-down for your heart and mind.

๐Ÿ’— And finally, as always, we end with our Loving-Kindness Meditationโ€”a warm and fuzzy favourite to help us send love out to ourselves and others.
