Too often, I hear leaders and teachers say that they have to choose between one or the other, or that if they are focusing on wellbeing, they can't focus on teaching and learning and vice versa, this is not accurate.

Wellbeing and teaching and learning go hand in hand. In fact, we should be focusing on both if we want to improve each to improve. We need each of these cogs turning in order to achieve change, and build better school culture.
