This week The L.I.T Code welcomes Jeremy "Butch" Pecina  to the show.  Jeremy is the co-founder & co-owner of Blue Surf Designs, a pool design and construction company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  Butch and the guys dive into who he is and the different challenges that arise when starting your own business. Butch stresses the importance of doing  business face to face and he also dives into how important it is to learn through your process.  Cortney and Edgar dive into treating losses as lessons and always learning through the process of transitioning.
