The Little Church That Could

Our Scriptures comes from Revelation 3:7-13. The church at Philadelphia was not a very large or influential church. Yet it received the strongest affirmation from Jesus of any of the seven churches of Revelation. It highlights how Jesus looks at the church; he is not impressed with large numbers or with lots of activity necessarily. He is most interested in how is people faithfully love him by proclaiming his message, living out his values and loving other people. “The Little Church That Could” is part of our “Revelation-The Reason for Hope” series.
