The Lockdown crew welcome our good friend and training partner Micky G for Episode 9

Micky is an Environmental Health Officer working in Local Government with 20 years experience. Micky manages a small team of Environmental Health Officers in Hampshire looking at food safety, health & safety and infectious disease. Micky has always enjoyed being outdoors and keeping fit, particularly endurance events. He started Jiu-Jitsu about 4 years ago, but really got into it when the Sasquatch Studios family began.
