"The Long Question" and “The Terrible Old Man”

Vintage sci-fi rears its tentacled head with “The Long Question,” by David Mason, from the November, 1957 edition of Infinity magazine. It’s a sharp and satirical take on smarmy game shows and the nature of time. 
Then, we hear horror/sci-fi legend H.P. Lovecraft’s “The Terrible Old Man,” in which a quiet New England seaside hamlet houses a mysterious dotard who may not be so harmless after all. First published in July, 1921. Then some faux commercials, with appearances by Jennywren Walker, Dan Bernard and Julie Nye. This episode hosted, produced and directed by Dan Bernard, theme music and intro produced by Michael Townsend.
