The Lootbox debate has been going on for a long time now and yet we are still debating it in 2019 because of the recent legislation from senator Hawley that is trying to make lootboxes in games that are targeted towards kids illegal. Is this the correct solution? Are there other ways? Should lootboxes become illegal in 2019 and all future years? Zack and Luke again take different sides of the debate to try and get us to think through the different arguments.
