It is easy to become overwhelmed during heavy trials and onslaughts of this world, and the enemy. Even the heartiest of Believers fall down under severe blows. "Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall." But that does not change the fact that God is still God, and will never cease to be God in all-power. The children of Israel experienced something that no other people on earth did, nor since. That dark night, all looked to be lost and death imminent, God told Moses to stretch forth the staff in his hand over the Red Sea. God caused "the depths to congeal." "He made a way for the ransom to cross over." They "went through the midst of the sea." Paul tells us that God marched with them through it.  

That same God who went with the children of Israel through the midst of it, is the selfsame God that will do the same in your life. If He did it for them, He will do it for you, me and all who cry out to Him. He does not only for our sakes only. Remember, He said He did it to make Himself known to His children's enemies. He said, "I will get Me honor upon Pharaoh."   You see it is a guarantee that we are going to have severe onslaughts from this world and the enemy. When we read about these redemption miracles, it is not just a story we tell, and turn into cartoons for our children to watch. But for the very express purpose to bear witness to us that He will deliver us. God made that so clear to me this morning, and in the eyes of my spirit, I saw the same Red Sea walls on either side of me, and Jesus Christ in the midst with me.   

He is in the midst of you, and will forever be in the midst of His people now, and for all eternity. He got His people over to the other side, and He WILL do the exact same for you, "that the name of Jesus Christ will be glorified" in the midst of you "world without end."
