My sister in the the faith and ministry, Lisa Mitchell, makes a strong, but true statement in the introduction to this message; "one of the most difficult passages to preach are the ones we assume we are most familiar with". She follows this statement with an invitation to the hearer which I will extend to you now; "come into this study with fresh eyes to see exactly what the Lord would say to you today in and through His timeless Word!"
