The Lord Is My Shepherd
Psalm 23:1 – “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”This verse means two things. First, God takes ownership of us—He knows us by name, He tends to our needs, and He will not abandon us. Second, because He is our shepherd, we shall not lack what we truly need. That doesn’t mean we’ll always have everything we want, but it does mean that everything we need for life, for faith, and for strength, will be supplied.
In times of turmoil, you may not know what tomorrow holds—but you know Who holds tomorrow. And when the Lord is leading, you can walk with confidence. He feeds you with His Word, guides you with His Spirit, and protects you with His hand.
Today, when fear rises, declare with faith: “The Lord is my shepherd.” Speak it over your home, your family, and your future. That declaration alone shifts your focus from turmoil to trust.
