The Lord our God is a Mighty Defense in times of trouble, distress, and danger. He will protect His people and save them when their trust is in Him.  HE IS ABLE to defend and to protect us all, because He alone is ALMIGHTY in power, in strength, in authority, in dominion!

6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
