(Psalms 144:1-2) A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.
(Proverbs 16:9) A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.
(Proverbs 13:22) A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
(Luke 22:36) Then said He [Jesus] unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.
The words of wisdom provided throughout the Holy Word of God must be applied in life wherever possible.
