The Los Angeles Premier of The 13th Step at The Beverly Hills Film Festival

The 13th Step the film is a new explosive Documentary that shines the light on the dark underbelly of a huge Institution, better known as the most often referred to Alcoholic treatment self help groups in America, for the last 50 years- Alcoholics Anonymous. But what really goes on in those meetings? Why are all drug courts forcing Citizens to attend this  anreligious type self help pods. Unregulated, and sometimes very unsafe, The 13th Step tells all by a member who left after trying to make it safe and hitting the wall of "we don't tell our members how to act " and "what's your part in it" . Monica Richardson was a member for 36 years. Her work with Make AA Safer workshops began to uncover more then she ever imagined.
