You will learn why I teach my students to count their kicks. This allows them to know how many hard kicks until they reach 33ft (10M) and how many soft kicks until they reach 66ft (20M). Once they reach that depth they go into sink faze or free-fall and they no longer need to kick and sink the rest of the way.
