It's the 1980's and the goth aesthetic is insane. Michael and Sam move to Santa Carla, but soon find out that a blonde mullet-wearing guy named David runs the boardwalk. David transfixes on Michael, which is probably because he does the sluttiest thing a man can do (wear a dangling earring).
