This week we are watching The Lost City (2022) starring Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum and Daniel Radcliff, with a fantastic guest appearance by Brad Pitt. Reclusive romance novelist Loretta Sage has been forced to go on a book tour with her cover model, Alan, when she is kidnapped by the treasure-hunting media mogul, Abigail Fairfax. It's up to Alan to save the day. Good thing he packed some snacks and sensible shoes! 

It's actually a rom com, folks. We weren't sure from the trailer, but this move would have fit nicely in our Action Movie March (still workshopping) line up. It's an updated Romancing the Stone, or possibly a gender bent Indiana Jones with rom com elements. Lydea watched this movie on Epix. Katie and Chris rented it. They think from Amazon Prime, but they don't remember.
