While Tara is left out to make her own way into the city, Finn has a chat with his old friends. They both learn a lot and have conversations with old enemies. Finn finds out religion is a lie, and Tara is made a proposition by her father. Apologies to those who had to wait for this episode, we should be up and running properly soon.

Finn and Tara are finally able to make their way home, and meet a few people on their way. They find some harrowing information and race back to the city as quickly as possible, using Tara's law breaking tendencies to do so. Once they get back they meet an old friend who informs them that Tara is no longer allowed in.

Finn continues his training. The trainer and Finn begin getting along as Tara is dealing with breaking control. They have a deep conversation with their father as they decide to leave. They then have an interesting visit. After Tara and Finn leave, they make a disturbing discovery.

After Finns accident, he is locked away. Kept for only a short period before he decides to be cooperative and train with the trainer. Tara is able to break free from her fathers control for a short period before he regains control again. The Lightbringers plan seems to be set in motion as Finns training continues, before something happens that starts to make it unravel...

Tara is told by both her father, and their old teacher, to bring Finn to the forest. They plan to teach him how to use his adept in a way that doesn't destroy the world. On their way there, Finn listens to the recordings that Tara made so he can catch up on what happened. Finn is skeptical and is now unaware of what to do, he attempts to leave and then something stops him.

Tara spends most of her day on a long drive contemplating their world view and their life with Finn. Once they get to their home village they happen to run into their father, the Lightbringer, and he informs Tara of the "special nature" they have. They read an old prophecy that has yet to come to be and they both decide that Finn should come to the forest.

Finn gets a Knock at his door, sending Tara to hide before answering it. He meets the Bull at his door wearing a mask to help him breath. After a long conversation with him, he reveals another friend who had somehow grabbed Tara before they were able to see anyone. The Bull and his friend leave, Tara and Finn try to figure out their next step.

Finn gets a call from the Politician informing him that he had entered a contract with the Bull and has to now help them. For the time being. He is told he must go interview the Orc he has as his client, proceeding to meet with an unexpected guest there. Going back to his apartment with the unexpected guest, only to talk about death and what the afterlife brings for them.
