I'm starting a series of teachings on the Parables of Jesus! In this series we will be breaking down the Parables of Jesus to understand how his original audience would've understood them.  The beauty of the Parables is they carry meaning and relevance throughout every generation that reads them.  Although the Parables apply to every reader including us, and their purpose never changes, we should not overlook how they would've been interpreted by Jesus' original audience.  For this episode we are covering the Parable of The Lost Sheep and The Lost Coin, and there are a few questions we will cover... Is God the Shepherd who lost a sheep? What about the 99 sheep left behind? How does this apply to my life?
