Wikipedia’s definition of Love bombing is an attempt to influence a person by demonstrations of attention and affection. It can be used in different ways and for either positive or negative purposes. You meet someone, and they seem to be perfect at first (great looks, conversation, intelligence, nice physical features, personality, etc.). They shower you with: 

• Gifts
• Sex
• Public displays of affection
• Compliments
• And Much More

Then you fall into the trap and find yourself in a serious relationship quicker than you imagined, with no way out. Is that really what was best for you? Or should you take your time and get to know the person first?
