Adriana Lee is all about self discovery and empowerment through yoga. She teaches her students how to breathe, how to feel, and how to get reacquainted with their bodies. She found yoga at a young age, but it didn't make an imprint until later when she utilized it to navigate a challenging relationship followed by a challenging divorce.
