We should never underestimate anyone’s desperate need for love, especially our own.  In relationships we give love to get love back, but we are soon disheartened when we find that we give more than we get.  When Jesus met a lady at a well he told her about living water.  What Jesus gives us is access to a never ending source of love, himself.  He offers water and food that will satisfy us emotionally and spiritually forever.
