Often we fear what we desire most. We put up roadblocks and challenges so we don't have to do the heavy lifting of healing and believing we are worthy of our heart's desires. 
 Sometimes our words are our worst enemy because we believe we aren't deserving. We think we're less than others. We stop short of our goals out of fear.

We are capable of all we want in this world and more. Let's not waste another second feeding negativity, doubt, blame, shame, or guilt about what was. We are as powerful as the words we speak and the actions we do and it all begins with self-love.
 I've decided to keep my cup full. To seize every second of every day.
