Techstination, your destination for gadgets and gear.  I’m Fred Fishkin.    The digital age meets a crafted wooden box designed for love notes.  Jean Gregoire originally created the Love Box when he left France and his fiancée to research robotics at MIT.  A little heart would spin when the box received a message…open the top…and the note is on the screen.  And then they learned that lots of other people liked the idea…whether they were distanced or not.  It was a big hit on Kickstarter  It is a fun and affectionate way for even grandparents to communicate with grandchildren.   About crafting the boxes from wood…he says..it just feels right..
