Everything is not always what it seems. It's easy to judge and misinterpret situations based on perception. Working in mental health you often have very unique experiences that forces you to deal with yourself. The start of those experiences started providing therapy a year ago. In 2022, God continued to throw hints and signs to explore my thoughts, feelings, and emotions at a deeper level. July of 2022 was a month that I will never forget that really sat me down. Then, a month later I felt inspired again. I sat through a presentation about "unpacking your invisible backpack" and actually doing the work before showing up to do the work. This podcast is meant to be therapeutic and bring about understanding for myself. However, I hope my living teaches someone else to live and not just exist, to really sit with themselves to become whole enough to turn dreams into realities.
