Dr. Tamara McCoy and several other local artists participated in the Lullaby Project at Highland Mountain Correctional Center this Fall. They wrote songs together with several inmates and presented them at a gathering of parents children and guests at the Center. Tamara, with some of the artists, will meet with us, sing, and discuss their experience. The Lullaby Project was First conducted at Rikers Island in New York. Highland Mountain was the second in the nation.
