Welcome to Episode 5, where ‘Leadership’ is the focus! Lush is a true leader in the cosmetics industry, and today we’ll be diving into the “how” and the “why” of our innovative approach to leadership as a company.
In July 2019, Lush held a Retail Leadership Festival for its staff in “the best city in the werrrld”, Liverpool. Lush staff from across the globe joined forces for the week, and Nuala and Olivia went along to get the goss!
Within this episode, we’ll hear teasers from a few of the talks at the Festival, including a conversation between Lush Liverpool’s Manager Sandra Byrne and Mark Constantine. We’ll listen to Karl Bygrave telling us how our staff are becoming future leaders for us with the Lush EBT, as well as hearing from two members of Lush Retail who have become our staff Trustees within the EBT. Finally, we’ll listen in as some other Lush staff at the event talked to Nuala and Olivia about their thoughts on what a leader should be, as well as influential leaders in their lives.
