Phil Lyman, former GOP candidate for Utah Governor, was dealt another blow as his campaign continues to request access to candidate signatures. The state records committee decided to not allow the release of 30-60 signatures for a different campaign, saying it was because of a lawsuit in Washington County. One member of the committee said it was in the public’s interest to see the signatures. The KSL at Night hosts talk about transparency versus privacy.
