Hello everybody and welcome to this new episode of the MACE PODCAST!
This is a special episode as our special guest is Liz Van Vliet, from Australia!
Liz Van Vliet is the founder and trainer behind My EA Career and hosts the Assist With Impact podcast. She educates, encourages and motivates assistants by equipping them with the Mindset, the Reset and the Power Skills Toolkit so they can shape their professional environment and experience and assist with impact.
Liz developed her Linchpin Assistant Framework. Through her training, speaking and coaching she teaches them how to adapt their POWER Skills to their current situation and relationship with quiet confidence, clarity and certainty.
Liz is the face and expert behind My EA Career. In 2013, during her recovery from breast cancer, Liz knew returning to her demanding career in senior sales and marketing was impossible. Instead, Liz became an executive assistant, a role that at the time she had badly misunderstood. Having walked in your shoes, Liz is now fully aware of the incredible contribution EAs make to their organisations.
Liz loves seeing her clients thrive in such a diverse and challenging role. But more than that, she loves seeing their happiness and careers thrive.
Interesting to mention, I was her guest in her podcast - Being Indispensable podcast, now "Assist with Impact" and this month I had the pleasure to have her in my podcast. Definitely, the pathways cross twice!
Here the link to her blog and podcast series:
