He looked up the divorce records of the parents on the public court records because all that's public court records. It's not criminal records or anything like that. Even criminal records are pretty much public. Just...A lot of times it's behind a paywall that's connected to the police station. This guy is a data center or something like that. You end up having to pay like a $1.99 or $2.99 and you end up getting that information.
