Somehow as our real estate businesses evolve, we forget about the basics. So then when you go back to basics and try something that you haven't done in awhile - it's amazing! That's what happened with us and our equity update emails. It's such a quick and simple process, and yet we haven't been doing it. I thought my team was doing them - but I was wrong. Anyway, in the last week we've focused on sending equity updates to our past clients and have had some amazing results. Magical even! And so far 7 listing prospects have been uncovered - JUST from sending equity update emails. Wow!
