It took a while before I realised the problem. A little too long if I'm honest. But I think that's mainly because I didn't like the answer. I'd put my other passions to one side for ten years thinking I'd never get to do them again. Lockdown had given me time to indulge in them and I wasn't about to give them up quite so easily this time. I tried to convince everyone (including myself) that I just had to figure out a schedule and a process in order to have my cake and eat it. But in the end I realised that if I didn't take action soon my lockdown passion projects - that are now eating all of my free time - would soon start to steal time from my 'main thing'. Tattooing.
