As the creator of Gingerbread Lane, Jon has earned multiple Guinness World Records for the world's largest gingerbread village, all made entirely from edible materials. What started as a side project during his career as an executive chef grew into a full-time passion seen in museums, landmarks, and major media outlets across the country.
