That's right, zilch, nada! Embracing downtime isn't just the exclusive domain of lazy cats or sloths on vacation. It's essential brain TLC! Our noggin, much like that overstuffed closet you've been avoiding, needs a good declutter every now and then. So, the next time you feel the urge to cram one more task into your day, consider the profound wisdom of couch potatoes everywhere and take a well-deserved siesta. Your mind will thank you. Probably with dreams of watermelons and unicycles. But hey, that's therapy for another day!
