When we think about Solomon, we tend to think of His wisdom, his wealth, or his women. We don't typically think of His humility. But Solomon, at this point in his life, had a consuming hunger for the presence of God and an accurately low view of himself. And he held in his heart an all-compelling purpose to build the House of God.
