This week, I had the opportunity to talk to Bob, who has changed his life in more ways than one. Bob has lost 80 pounds, and he's debt-free. But more importantly than those things, Bob is also a new dad, as of the past week as this episode drops. During the episode, we discuss using tracking in multiple areas of life, which ones are our favorites and why we track. We also discuss shopping for clothes as a larger man, changing your financial posture and methods you can use to become debt-free. On top of all this, we also share some of our favorite treats, the age-old question of "how is DXL always dead and yet profitable?", which of our teams will be worse -- The Philadelphia Eagles or The Denver Broncos, and finally we even talk about practice... not the game, but PRACTICE!
