Faith is another one of those terms that has gotten confused in our language. It's commonly used now to describe a fervent hope in something that's not realistic or likely. In the Bible, faith is a term that means acceptance of what God says and promises without requiring all the details. Today, we'll see an example of faith in action - when a Canaanite woman accepts the Messiah for who He is and not only doesn't require the details - she refuses to be dissaded from her goal of finding the help she needs from the only one that supply that need - Jesus Christ. She sets the example for us all.
