A woman ends up as the unwilling vessel of an angry 400-year-old shaman who has returned from the astral plain (or whatever) to seek vengeance on the world for hurting him and his people. The only thing that stands in his way is some radiation poisoning and fake psychic, who quickly realizes he's WAY out of his depth, and he has to find a real shaman to help fix this mess instead. There are meany cheesy special effects throughout.
