We switched sports again this week, where we caught up with a legend of Miskin Manor Cricket Club Daniel Hay and professional meal dealer Iestyn Herridge.

The boys talked us through their careers at the club, let us know what's on the menu on match day, introduced us to a "stump run", and helped us answer the burning question - why does Iestyn put his rugby boots in the washing machine?
