In this episode, I sat down with mental health advocate and community educator Bianca Orozco. She has her BA in psychology and her MA in Social Work. Not only does she have a background in the helping field but has also had her own mental health struggles. In this episode she shares her story with anxiety, her experience with therapy and some of the different symptoms of anxiety. Bianca hopes to shine a light on the importance of mental health and sexual abuse prevention.
