It was a blessing to have both Sunny and Bobby pull up to the Diatribe table! Both men have been open and vulnerable in talking about their mental health journeys which was dope because I find these spaces are almost non-existent for South Asian men. Sunny and Bobby share their insights as to HOW we can create these much needed spaces and why there are so few. I appreciate that both of them have very different but relevant outlooks. One speaks from the lens of a single South Asian man and the other as a father and husband. We also reflect on ENERGY as a currency, toxic positivity and bullying! All around incredibly layered conversation with these guys!⁣⁣
