Whether you’re making podcasts, videos, or articles, you may be spending 90% of your time creating and only 10% marketing. You’re putting in so much time into creation, but you actually need to spend just as much making sure it reaches your target audience. A ratio of 50/50 between creation and marketing should be your goal.
