Martin WORKS is Indiana’s only urban work college program. In this program, our students have the opportunity to earn and learn, broadening their work experience with the goal of solidifying a permanent position with an Employer Partner while completing their degree. Our students have the opportunity to earn compensation while gaining invaluable work experience. The Martin Works Program has a placement rate of 92%.
