Welcome to Season Two of The Mary Mavis Show!

In this mini-episode I will share the season theme of "Owning Your Organizational Life" and the way I think about being an Owner-Creator. In this episode, I tell a story about a learning about ownership that has stayed with me my entire career. And I share the seven traits of an Owner-Creator:

1.     Takes time to envision their desired results.

2.     Continuously owns the part and the whole. 

3.     Is curious about people and the intersection with desired outcomes. 

4.     Listens as if they are wrong or incomplete in their understanding. 

5.     Reflects on their own "wiring." 

6.     Sustains their thinking, energy, and effort on what's important. 

7.     Allows the future to unfold.
