This week on New Release … bad glitches Ashley, Derrick, and Drew are back in 2021 partying like it’s 1999. A lot has changed since the first Matrix came out and blew everyone away with its stylized action and philosophical bent. However, The Matrix Resurrections ain’t about to forget for a second where it came from. It’s a commentary on itself and the dorm room discussions that followed and the complicated legacy it eventually gained through no fault of its own.
