In this episode, I talk about the new docuseries that Oprah and Prince Harry produced. I watched it on AppleTV and the stories and experiences really resonated with it! It’s a mental health/illness docuseries and it was very informative and well done. I’ve been having some downloads about mental illness and covid and I believe that we are facing a crisis with issue. We all have to take a step back and look at ourselves and start asking if we are ok.
