The meaning behind Lost and Found

I use this podcast to share my experiences and current journey with motherhood, life, and work. We lose ourselves giving everything we have to our littles and are then left with finding our new selves but as 'mommy'. I use this platform to bring up the many topics surrounding this as well as many others in the journey called life. So don’t worry mama, I hear you, your identity matters too
