Sean Tucker has just released a new book called The Meaning in the Making. Over twelve chapters, using stories from his own life, as well as references from literature, art, philosophy, and religion, Sean attempts to understand and explain “the why and how behind our human need to create.” I’ve been lucky enough to hear little snippets here and there during the course of its creation, but Sean and I have never really talked about it as a complete piece of work until now. In this conversation, I’m talking to Sean about the process behind writing the book and we begin with what I thought was the most logical and maybe even obvious question: why write a book at all, and why did it have to be this one?
