Back when Trump was POTUS, the Washington Post made a big deal about their tagline, "Democracy dies in darkness." However, when you look at the paper's Instagram feed, you can clearly see that they have no interest in supporting democracy.
They aren't the only the ones. The entire mainstream media has decided that they are no longer skeptical journalists determined to uncover the truth, but rather the vanguard for their specific truth and that of the progressive wing of this country.
As such, they have sacrificed the integrity of the very institution they claim they wish to protect.
