You didn't think we would miss World Mental Health Day, did you? 

This week's guest is someone very special. Dale, who is known as the Medicinal Chef chats to Katie about how we can use food to benefit our mental health. You may recognise Dale from ITV's This Morning as well as the television programme Eat Shop Save, having degrees in Human Nutrition and Herbal Medicine and a Masters in Nutritional Medicine he is the voice of reason when it comes to food. In this episode he chats to Katie about how the highs and lows that he has felt in his life, particularly through grief, and gives advice on the foods that we should be putting in our bodies to help improve our mental health. A brilliant episode, which we really hope you enjoy.
